Arrange Finances

Show evidence of sufficient funds (e.g., €7,000+ for living expenses).

Step 6

Purchase Private Medical Insurance

Secure health insurance valid in Ireland during your stay.

Step 7

Prepare Required Documents

Gather academic transcripts, financial proof, insurance, passport, offer letter, and English proficiency proof.

Step 8

Apply for Irish Student Visa (Type D)

Submit the visa application via the Irish AVATS online system and pay the applicable fee.

Book Biometric & Document Submission Appointment

Book an appointment at VFS or Embassy to submit biometrics and documents.
